Even if we’ve already closed your account, you will still need to use your login details to start your appeal.
What we need from you
We'll ask you to:
Upload a high-resolution photo or colour scan of your photo ID
Upload a selfie with ID — a photo of yourself holding your photo ID
Tell us your reason for sending money, as we need to understand the purpose behind your past or future transfers
If you still have money on your account — tell us the details of the bank account outside of Wise where we should refund your money
Additional details we might ask
Depending on your situation, we might also ask:
proof of your residential address
your reason for using Wise
other documents to support your appeal
